After three years working alongside Eric Toledano and Olivier Nakache as an assistant, where he collaborated on the film on the film “Intouchables”, Benjamin Bouhana decided to move into directing. In 2013, his first short film, “Clean”, starring Laurent Lafitte, marked the beginning of his career. Two years later, he wrote and directed “Qui de nous deux“ a short film starring Alice Isaaz and William Lebghil. The film quickly made a name for itself, winning the Grand Prix at the Alpe d'Huez Film Festival, the Audience Award at the COLCOA at the COLCOA Festival in Los Angeles, as well as some forty awards worldwide. In parallel with his fiction projects, Benjamin entered the world of advertising and television. He directed some twenty advertising campaigns, and was chosen to direct a series of sketches for the 30th anniversary of La Grosse Emission on Canal +, working with some of the most promising comedians of his generation.
