Hugo Kerr embodies a captivating artistic duality. On one hand, his inclination towards a clean and minimalist aesthetic is evident in his work on luxury campaigns, where every detail is carefully orchestrated to create a striking visual experience. This approach reflects mastery in graphic design and a profound understanding of visual impact. On the other hand, his passion for authenticity, highlighting the raw and genuine aspects of humanity, involves capturing real and spontaneous moments. His ability to navigate between clean graphics and raw authenticity defines the distinctive artistic signature of Hugo Kerr. A graduate of the École Supérieure des Métiers Artistiques, his artistic journey began as a graphic designer in an agency before steering his career towards new horizons. His artistic vision flourished when he co-founded the production company BandOriginale, specializing in extreme sports, creating captivating films for renowned brands such as Quicksilver, Oxbow, Red Bull, Honda, and Adidas. The adventure intensified with the establishment of Rodeo Film, a collective collaborating with international agencies and brands. His unique artistic approach is reflected in the series BOUCAN, a collection of authentic and singular short portraits. With Hugo, aesthetics meet authenticity, garnering prestigious awards such as the Vimeo StaffPick for "Boucan - LA CIBLE" and the Young Director Award in Cannes for "Sweet Drift." Simultaneously, Hugo founded the agency Paper&Plane, dedicated to the aeronautics sector, where he, alongside Wilfrid BUCH, has been directing the artistic vision of Dassault Falcon since 2016. Their collaboration is characterized by an innovative and refined visual approach.
